Working with Rick was great since day one. We randomly met through Zillow (thankfully) and saw a handful of houses together over the span of 6 months. He was always super responsive and ready to talk about anything. Rick's knowledge of the buying process and market is vast, but his ability to walk through houses and see issues is just about on the level of home inspectors. All of this played a key role in helping me along through my first home buying experience. He comes with my highest recommendation!.
