About Richard

I have been a REALTOR® for about 18-years around the Cedar Creek Lake area. I am married and have two grown children.

I love fishing, camping, and the arts. As a member of two MLSs and with access to two others, Sellers & Buyers, I can promote, or find the best property meeting your needs, anywhere in North or East Texas. I list and sell Homes, Farm and Ranch, Waterfront properties, or lots and acreage in any size.

I am an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis, and my local church. In the past, I have been a Rotarian and Kiwaian as well as a founding Lion member when I lived on the Texas Coast. I am a member of the Dallas Museum of Art and the Kimbell Art Museum and have been a past supporter of the Dallas Zoo and the Ft. Worth Zoo. I enjoy the arts in all forms.

I have undergraduate (BA) and graduate (BS) degrees from Indiana State University and have taken numerous courses at UCLA, UT Corpus Christy, and other universities.

I have lived at Cedar Creek Lake for about 20 years and love the laidback lifestyle. Although I serve all the communities around the lake, I am also an active REALTOR® throughout all of North and East Texas. Wherever my clients are searching, I am active.
