About Richard

Growing up in Saratoga, when Santa Clara County was still orchards and farms, Richard has seen this beautiful area grow to become a world-famous powerhouse, while maintaining its California charm. Richard has traveled its roads for most of his life and knows the area from both the buyer’s and seller’s points of view.

Richard started his career with his own retail businesses in the mid-70s, where he learned the importance of customer service. In 1986 he obtained his real estate license and found those same customer service skills are the basis of a successful real estate relationship. Listening to his clients and determining what is important to each person or family lets Richard represent his clients’ best interests and help them make the right decisions in the often-confusing world of real estate.
