Rich Sparks is a ROCKSTAR!
From start to finish he was there to answer ALL of my questions as a first-time home buyer (And I had a lot of them).
He is so knowledgeable about homes and the entire home buying process. I was nervous to step into the market after hearing all the horror stories of last year but Rich made the process feel very straight forward and I didn't feel like I was losing a handle on the situation at any moment.
I will certainly be calling him for my next real-estate transaction and I highly encourage you to do the same.
You WILL NOT go wrong with Rich.
A home is your biggest transaction and you definitely want a guy like Rich handling it.

I recently sold a condo with Rich and the whole process from beginning to end was very easy and painless. Rich was candid, provided great feedback, helped explain clearly all details and managed the actual sale negotiation brilliantly. I received much more for condo than I anticipated which of course was great. In addition, he was extremely responsive to every one of my questions. In short, Rich knows what he's doing and makes sure you understand the process from beginning to end.

I cannot say enough great things about Rich and his team! We listened to his advice on each part of the process and were able to buy our house at list price, with seller concessions and sell our house at $5000 over asking with buyer concessions during the craziest housing market ever! When I looked at listings of other houses from other agents that weren’t selling or selling for way under fair value, I could instantly see why. Listen to his videos and seminars and most importantly his advice. It really does have a direct effect and makes a huge difference in the price and your time!!!! We will be using him for life!

Heaven! Must have sent the Sparks team to my rescue. I didn’t know what to do about searching for a home, I tried other agent's but your Sparks team really answered all my curiosity.
I will never forget how I met the Spark’s team on YouTube. Wow! As I listen to all the information that the Sparks team had said. I gather all my curiosity questions together, I pick up the phone and started my search. I can truly say the realtor agent, Rich Sparks, was truly a blessing. My house buying experience was great and I enjoyed working with
Rich very much. He is very knowledgeable and as you are walking
thru a house, he points out good and problem areas. He took the
time to explain what we were looking at, without making a woman
feel ‘stupid’ about construction issues or home owning issues. He has
a great deal of construction knowledge. Told us things, I never even
thought about looking at.
He is very polite and keeps the looking on an upbeat attitude.
Sometimes it can get discouraging looking at house after house.

When he negotiated with the seller, he had our best interest in mind
and never felt we were alone with any of the decision making areas.
He gave us all the options available.

Sevi, is very friendly and assisted with many requests efficiently.
She kept us informed every step of the way and I totally appreciated

My Mother passed away recently and my sister and I were left to sell her condo. My husband and I had purchased my current home from Rich several years ago and reached out to him for assistance with selling Mom’s property. Rich and his team were great from start to finish. They were very responsive and we were always updated about where we were in the process. I should mention that the property sold the first weekend it was listed and for well above the asking price. If you are looking for someone with great knowledge and insight into the market and how to market a home, older home in my case, you can be assured that Rich and his team are the very best! I was kept informed personally by Rich or his staff at all times and guided through the process so it was very easy. I felt reassured and informed throughout the process. I was very pleased with the price obtained and Rich and his staff did do a lot of work in this particular process. They went above and beyond to make it work with suggestions for what needed to be done to make it marketable and who to do the work. Nick Casteel was my agent for my home buying experience. He was remarkably patient with me. I was full of question/comments/concerns during this whole process. He made time to answer each and every call. He has a great deal of knowledge in the real estate market. The numbers we talked about were spot on. He was able to sell my fiances condo within a week.
