He always made himself available during our house search - providing very good advice on the specific houses and views on what could be possible. He was tremendously supportive with the unfortunate incident at Highland Beach where we were flat out lied to by the sellers agent - but helped us to stay focused on finding a property we would be extremely happy with in Fort Lauderdale. Rick did an outstanding job for us, both in finding us a wonderful new home and in working with the sellers to get the deal closed. Rick's familiarity with the various communities in the area is a great asset to have in your representative. We were moving across the country and had no friends or relatives in Florida, so he recommended a small country club with a reputation for friendliness. It has been a perfect fit for us and we made many new friends right away. When we had unanticipated problems with the sale of our two properties back home, Rick communicated with our agents, worked hard to stay on top of that situation and obtained extensions of time on the Florida house so that we were able to close. Rick has a very useful website that greatly reduced the amount of time we had to spend looking at houses. It can be sorted various ways and it enabled us to rule out many properties before coming out to Florida. Rick went out and looked at properties we were interested in ahead of time, including the one that we ended up buying. This is especially important to buyers like us who are coming from out of the area and are here for a limited time. Rick listens to what his clients want and doesn't waste their time showing them properties that aren't a good fit, like some agents do. Rick is diligent and works hard for his clients. Since we have bought and sold numerous houses and commercial properties in the past, we have dealt with many real estate agents, and we can honestly say that Rick is at the very top of his field in professionalism, knowledge and his ability to negotiate for his clients. - Phil & Cecily Buda

Rick Stein is a consummate professional. We were an out-of-state couple looking to buy our home in Florida and thought it would be extremely difficult. With his help, our home search was just as easy as one would imagine due to his advanced website. Rick was always available when called upon to take us to the showings. What we love most about him is his gentle demeanor and his devotion in protecting his clients. This is a hustle and bustle business.
