Richard Valentin Gutierrez

Born in Puerto Rico but raised in southern New Hampshire, Richard fell in love with real estate at a young age. He has always admired sports, the passion and commitment that each athlete puts into their craft is undeniable. Those are all attributes he knew that would need when he committed to his perspective field. In his early twenties he came around to real estate. Through reading and many hours of research he concluded that real estate was his next passion. He spoke with people within the industry and learned their day-to-day. He was fascinated at how two days are never the same.
