I have bought 2 houses now with Rick as my agent, he makes it so easy. He’s very responsive, communicates everything, and just takes a lot of the stress away because he takes care of everything leaving you with not much to do other than signing paperwork. My experience with Rick Vannoy is nothing short of amazing and he deserve a 5 star in ALL categories. My fiance and I were first time home buyers. Although we have planned to buy a home for a little over one year, there were many variables that goes into home buying that you can't prepare for. But working with Rick and his wonderful assistant, Chung, oblitarated any of chance of anxiety making it's way into the proccess. So I can't stress enough how lucky we both were to get connected with him.

He made sure to follow up with us and throughly explain every milestone so we weren't left in the dark and it only took us one house tour to find our dream home! In this seller's market, we were expecting to pay way above asking price (and many nights living off instant noodles), but Rick is a confident negotiater and we ended up landing on an amazing price for our home.

His asssistant, Chung is super friendly and fun to work with. Like Rick, she is incredibly timely, responsive, and made sure you're well taken care off.

TL;DR: Rick Vannoy is amazing! Reach out to him ASAP.

We appreciated his initial marketing strategy and his extremely professional follow up which resulted in a smooth sales process. He is very detailed to make sure everything is done to the legal requirements for both the buyer and seller.

I worked with Rick Vannoy when I needed to sell my condo quickly. As a person who was a real estate agent myself for sixteen years. I found him to be very responsive, effective and efficient.
Just to give a brief history of myself: i was in a bad situation where I was severely sick and felt too weak to do the sale myself, though I could have saved thousands of dollars doing sale myself, I chose to contract Rick. My condo was sold and closed within two months. I felt so much relief! I would highly recommend Rick!
So, in a nutshell Rick Vannoy is a go to guy and a man of action.

Rick help me find a home from start to finish and did a terrific job the whole way through the process. The market is really tough and frustrating at times, especially in my situation and he kept me positive. He spent evenings and weekend time showing me homes both near his area and far from his area.
