Richard Walsh

Rick Walsh was part owner of the Keller Williams Realty office in Yuba City CA. He has served on the Sutter Yuba Association of Realtors Board of Directors for 4 years and last held the position of President Elect for the board. Rick successfully closed 7.5 million dollars in business in 2013. Over 55 of those transactions were bank owned properties Rick began his career as an investor in real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area. His passion quickly turned into a career and in February 2004 he received his Real Estate License. He moved from the Bay Area to the Yuba Sutter area to open the Keller Williams Office in 2004. He obtained his Brokers license in August of 2005. Previously, Rick was employed by Sun Microsystems in Menlo Park CA. He was a technical service person in charge of such accounts as Oracle Corporation, Wells Fargo and many other high-profile accounts. Rick graduated in June 1997 from the University of Phoenix in San Jose California and has a BA in business. He has been married for 35 years and has 3 children.
