I am so grateful that I chose Steve as my realtor for the recent sale of my home! Steve suggested specific target dates for my house’s market availability based on the current economy along with historical seasonal trending patterns. Highly Recommend! Derek Soderblom is an excellent realtor. He curated a list of houses I had found and created a full list of houses to look at in a streamlined fashion. He was knowledgable about the market and provided excellent advice with negotiations. Richard is fantastic and I would recommend him for his services

My clients were looking to buy a home and they decided to opt into his services and things started moving really quickly. I was actually worried that my team was underperforming in his eyes because we were not anticipating a realtor to be involved but he was very communicative and kept us and our clients updated and worked extremely well representing both parties. Richard set the standard for dual representation, truly. Despite the challenges of dual representation, he handled the transaction with professionalism and transparency throughout.

While dual agency can be tricky, Richard worked hard to stay neutral and fair.

If you are considering employing a professional, boutique real estate service, I highly recommend Richard. I would work with him any day.

Excellent Realtor. I used Steve to buy my first unit and used him again on a sale. He is knowledgable and accurate on pricing and what needs to be done and when. The buyer requested a quick closing and Steve made the process smooth and stress-free. He even went out of his way to resolve unexpected issues that popped up. For example, two carbon monoxide sensors needed to be added. He bought these on his own dime and even installed him. I highly recommend Steve!

Outstanding . I am so blessed to have had Steve as my Real Estate Agent. There is nobody else I would have wanted to represent selling my home. Steve’s communication and knowledge of the market were spot on and I could trust that he would take care of looking out for my best interests. Best Agent Ever!!! We’ve known Steve for a number of years and finally had the opportunity to use his professional service to sell my mom’s home. He listed it at the perfect price for great activity & generating multiple offers. It was a difficult decision to sell the family home after our mother passed. Richard was the realtor who would not only expertly guide us through the selling process, but would also display empathy and patience with regard to our unique family situation. (His knowledge of Living Trusts was a welcome bonus too!)
Richard did not disappoint. His advice and marketing skills were on point; resulting with the house being sold within a week of being placed on the market.

Fantastic Realtor! Richard was recommended to us by a friend of my sister's when she found out that we were going to be selling my sister's house. After a lot of thought we decided to go with him and we are so glad we did!

Richard is so easy to work, very courteous, listened to our concerns, and is extremely knowledgeable with the industry, thus having his own real estate company. Everyone I talked to within his company was very nice and professional. We totally trusted Richard with certain decisions that had to be made and I knew he wouldn't steer us wrong. Richard represented us in purchasing a condo in San Diego. He was very helpful from the beginning, which was fortunate as we live in New Mexico and didn’t know a lot about the city’s neighborhoods. He provided us with a steady stream of condo listings that met our needs, and gave us useful hints about the neighborhoods they were in. Eventually he and his staff took us around during a week-long visit to the city. We eventually bought a delightful condo in a different neighborhood than we had previously considered, which he recommended we look at after getting an in-person view of our likes and dislikes. He continued to be helpful in our somewhat unorthodox cash transaction, and has helped us with such items as how to deal with our new condo association and management. All in all, we had a wonderful experience with Richard and he is a profoundly knowledgeable and professional real estate agent. We would recommend him to anyone who needs a dedicated (and very nice) agent in San Diego.

Professional and experienced and just fun to work with
Richard has been doing SD real estate for almost 20 years. He knows the neighborhoods, the market, and many of the other agents you may end up making offers through. He helped us buy a North Park home which needed a lot of work. He worked with the seller’s agent to negotiate a reduced price for some of the damage we discovered in the inspection phase. He was quickly able to assemble professionals in: electric, plumbing, termite and whole house inspections to help us revise our proposal to the sellers. He was also able to connect us with an architect and a few general contractors. Oh, and the lender he recommended was able to get our loan closed in just over 2 weeks!! Overall, we are really happy with our experience thus far. I would definitely recommend Richard for selling or buying real estate.
