Rick Bean

Rick has offered his education, knowledge, and experience in real estate sales to valued clientele since 1996. His experience extends to all aspects of residential, land, and commercial sales, along with property management and development. Since 2013, he has successfully utilized those same skills as a mortgage loan originator and is licensed in both California and Colorado. In his spare time, Rick can be found either surfing or golfing.

Rick and his wife Sandy are active in their local church and proud parents of five children and fourteen grandchildren.
