Rick has been a dedicated Realtor since 2000, bringing decades of experience in both residential and commercial real estate. A graduate of The University of Findlay’s real estate program, Rick is passionate about helping buyers achieve the dream of homeownership and assisting sellers in securing the best value for their property.

What sets Rick apart is his extensive background in electrical work and heating and air conditioning systems. Trained through Commercial Trades Institute and with additional sales training from Dale Carnegie, Rick uses his technical expertise to help buyers identify potential concerns that may need further inspection. Although retired from the HVAC and electrical industry, he remains active with A.S.H.R.A.E. (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers).

Rick is also a member of the Ohio Association of Realtors (O.A.R.), National Association of Realtors (N.A.R.), and the National Association of Broker Price Opinion Professionals (N.A.B.P.O.P.). He previously served as Treasurer for the Heartland Board of Realtors.

Outside of real estate, Rick enjoys fishing and target shooting and is an active member of the Findlay Fishing Club and Hancock County Conservation Club. Above all, Rick takes pride in providing honest service, professional guidance, and a strong commitment to his clients
