Rick Jolcover

Ricky Jolcover is a leading Vice President of Acquisition at Landstar Realty Group, serving private investors and Landstar Holdings LLC. Ricky specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily buildings, senior Hud buildings, and residential distressed assets. Ricky’s two decades of experience make him an integral part of the Landstar Team.

Throughout Ricky’s career, he closed in excess of $100,000,000 in Real Estate sales and has a created large network within the Chicagoland market. Prior to his career in Real Estate, Ricky was involved in the financial markets as an independent broker at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange successfully trading in the S&P 500 for his own account. Ricky is also a partner in Energy CX energy procurement company located in downtown Chicago.

Ricky holds a Bachelors in Business Economics and Public Policy from Indiana University .
