We were incredibly blessed to have Caroline Alfaro from RE/MAX as our real estate agent in purchasing our new home! We've been searching for a home since September 2021 with another real estate agent but kept getting outbidded due to the high demand for homes in Central TX. I then met Caroline at an Open House in March 2022 and asked her to become our new real estate agent. Within less than a month, we got an offer accepted and miraculously closed on a home that we now love. Caroline knows the tricks of the trade in the real estate business. When my husband and I thought that we had to bid over $10-20K above asking price, Caroline let us know that our original bid was too high and put a realistic bid for us which then resulted in an accepted home offerthat saved us thousands of dollars. Caroline is an awesome communicator and negotiator who took care of all our needs from the search to the closing. She followed through with every phone call and e-mail that I sent. If you want the most efficient process in purchasing a home, Caroline Alfaro has my highest recommendation in getting that done.

Catherine Herrera was our agent. She was always there with answers for any questions we had no matter the subject. When we got back to Georgia, she was there no matter the time of day. She took our business when other real estate agents said they could not meet our time line. She found us several homes and many options to choose from. I would recommend her to anyone.
