The housing market in this modern day world is extremely easy to navigate if you want to look around and see doctored photos online. But what about the details? What about the slope of the land or the moss gathered on the south side of an outbuilding? Rick was extremely helpful in pointing out details that my wife and I would have easily overlooked in our haste to move. We didn't know where we wanted to go and looked all around several counties. Rick never got frustrated with us and also met us with a cheerful attitude! When we did make a selection, I could see some urgency in Rick's eyes when he pointed out aspects of the house we chose to ignore before we closed. He made sure we were made aware of costs we would assume once the deal went through. I greatly appreciated the way he looked out for our budget. When we closed on the property his work was not done. Rick reached out to provide us more information that would possibly help our future budgets! He also gives great housewarming gifts at closing!
