Rick Selph is the broker and owner of Selph Realty, representing buyers and sellers throughout Connecticut since 2014. Though he began his professional career as an Artist in the music business, real estate has always factored into his life experience. Growing up, he watched his grandfather build a veritable empire of rental properties and soaked up all the advice and insights to be had from that experience. Rick credits his grandfather for inspiring him to pursue real estate, but once he got started, it was clear that his true passion was for connecting people and facilitating their dreams. Rick enjoys nothing more than helping his clients achieve their goals, whether it involves buying, selling, or creating a legacy through real estate investment.
Rick is known as a highly motivated, results-driven individual with a penchant for problem-solving. A lifelong resident of Middletown, CT, Rick holds a Bachelor’s degree in communications and has many years of experience in sales and marketing. He is the co-founder of a motivational brand called Self|Will. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors (GHAR), and Multiple Listing Service (MLS). When Rick isn’t helping his clients bring their real estate dreams to life, you might find him attending a live sporting event, traveling to new places, or indulging his adventurous palate with all types of cuisine.
