I witnessed the care Mr. Robinson gave to his buyer durring a recent closing. He was extremely knowlegable and made sure to slow down the process when he felt his client needed further clarification. I was especially impressed that the buyer gave a glowing testimonial in the end of the transaction stating that she would use Mr. Robinson again. It was beautiful to see how close the two had become.

I highly recommend Mr. Ricky for all of your real estate needs! He is one of the BEST realtors in the business!!! I truly mean this. With over 20 years in the business, Mr. Ricky has a vast knowledge of the real estate market and, of course, the home buying process from start to finish. Mr. Ricky is extremely professional and a master negotiator when it comes time to make an offer. He got the seller to make all the repairs and got them to pay $3000 toward my closing cost. He was patient with me and coached me through the entire home buying process. When I wanted to give up looking for a house, he encouraged me to be patient and trust that I would find the right home at the right price…and I did! He listened when I told him what I was looking for in a house/neighborhood. Because of this, my home buying experience from start to finish took less than four months. Plus, he even took the time to come to my closing!!! He’s a gem!!!!!
