Rico did a fantastic job when my husband and I needed to sell our home. He was very punctual on the days of the meetings. He was able to work out a lot of our needs during the short amount of time. He made it very easy for us to sell our house without any worries. He pretty much took care of everything that needed to be done and he was very transparent. My husband and I are very thankful to have worked with him in a short period of time. He was indeed our Santa that brought us joy and happiness during the holidays. Strongly recommend him for the hampton roads area.
