With one week left in 2021, I decided to be a first time homeowner. A day later I was looking at homes with Riggolette. Three days later, I found a house I loved and at the strike of midnight going into New Years day I had a signed contract. Three weeks later I closed on my forever home!!!! I must say, I'm not sure how buying a home is supposed to go, but this was the best experience ever. It was seamless. Riggolette was on top of everything and was calling me all the time, even after I moved in to check on me. Now that is great service. I highly recommend Riggolette to anyone buying a home, especially if you need some hand holding like I did.

Rigg was referred to me by a professional friend after calls to other realtors were unanswered. I called him on Saturday over the Memorial Day weekend. He listened and was attentive, so much so that he found my dream home on our 2nd outing, the day after I called him. My husband and I made an offer that was accepted on day 4. Loan application with Chris Watson that day too. Two weeks after meeting Rigg, I am inspecting my new home tomorrow for a July closing. Purchasing a home is a huge investment and can be emotionally exhausting. I was Impressed that when Rigg found out my life’s other challenges during this COVID19 pandemic that he offered to walk my dogs or pick up their prescriptions while I worked. Personal, professional, knowledgeable of both real estate and Richmond. I am grateful for his time and efforts for my family.

My experience was Great!!! Provided Mr. Leeper with the details and price range I was looking for purchasing a house and locations He sent me homes to look at everyday and would make my selections and he set them up. I was about to give up and wait til 2020 and start looking again. He told me I'll be in my new home for Christmas and I closed on December 2. 😀If you are looking to buy or sell your home.
