My goal is to maximize my client’s potential of their real estate dollars and provide a greater return on their investment. I have worked with portfolio investors to invest into foreclosure and short sale properties and closed many deals with my skillful negotiations and expertise. I focus on ethics, honesty, integrity and an unwavering devotion to my true passion; people!

Along with 10 plus years of experience I have a solid education background which includes bachelor’s degree in structural engineering, which helps me understand the home building and home inspections process better. I also possess extensive knowledge of loan process and guidelines, as I have worked in the mortgage industry and I have mentored many new loan processors.

In addition, I believe in continuing real estate education. It helps me to be a better agent for my clients. I’ve spent 200 plus hours in the last three years training, learning, and refining my craft, so that I can better serve my clients. My other credentials are certified distressed property expert, certified investor agent specialist, strategic negotiating specialist.
