I have been searching for a home to down size to for over a year and Rita was the only realtor that would keep in touch with me ever so often to see if I needed assistance. The first time Rita came into our home, she started sharing suggestions about things that could be done to make it more attractive to potential buyers. As we progressed, Rita gave us the names of people who could correct the various problems - cracks in the walls, repainting, She advised us to obtain current inspections of the foundation, roof, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system). The biggest repair was the removal of a model RR layout that Elbert had built in one of the bedrooms and expanded through two closets and into another bedroom. The layout was removed and the holes in the walls were patched in just one day! Elbert was amazed! While all this was being done, Rita still was able to bring us three offers within a few days of the house being placed on the market.. One of the offers was over the listing price! We appreciate Rita's professional help and her cheerful personality.
