Rita specializes in representing her clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences, condominiums, senior retirement housing, vacation, second home and income property. She has been licensed since 1980. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors and the local North San Diego California Association of Realtors. In addition, she is a member of the SRES which specializes in the needs of the mature clients (55+). Only 1% of all Realtors are members of this Council and hold this designation. She is a member of the Senior Resource Association and does volunteer work throughout the local Senior Center. She helped raise over $10,000 for the Oceanside Senior Center though a silent auction, fashion show that was put on at Camp Pendleton. Rita lives, works, and plays in a highly active resort style 55+ community in Oceanside called Ocean Hills Country Club. As a Seniors Specialist (SRES) she wants her clients to know that she is not just about Real Estate! She has many facets to her business as a Coldwell Banker Realtor. She is an active member of the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce, named Ambassador of the Year.
Rita's clients and their families have come to realize early in their relationship with her that she has many resources in place to help them transition to the various stages of retirement, whether it is the empty nester to the elderly who are now transitioning to assisted living. As an example, she created a website that displays various senior communities throughout the North San Diego County area. These resources help her clients (retirees and trustees) prioritize their moves whether they are selling or buying. While she specializes in the senior market, she has clients in all areas of life stages from the first-time home buyer to the senior moving to assisted living. Rita also helps clients with investment properties and vacation homes. She has resources available for relocation throughout the United States and beyond.
