Ritu helped us understand and navigate the home buying process as first time home buyers. From my experience, it's not fun to buy or sell a house. We put a lot of our dreams, money and emotions in it. Working with a bad realtor would be an expensive mistake. I reached out to Ritu and mentioned that I need to sell my house. Only constraint I put to her was that recently my neighbor sold their house for 355K after keeping the property on the market for 3 months. I told her that I don't want to sit in the market for that long and I don't want to sell for that low price. With Ritu's help, the house was sold for 500K in 4 hours. We are glad that we had Ritu's help that made the house sale process seamless. She is knowledgeable and her expertise helped us in various ways from preparing the house until selling it and we were able to make justified decisions. She is energetic, has a good attitude, professional, reliable and down-to-earth. She doesn't always say YES to us which is good. There were situations where we got a lot of room to make mistakes but she never hesitated to jump in to put us on track. Ritu was our one stop solution. She has got a lot of various contacts and coordinated well with the house preparation, upgrades, staging and photoshoots. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ritu for all your real estate service needs.

I met her at YMCA where she had Bolly Zumba classes and we became friends and I knew she would be the one who I will take help from if I ever start looking for buying the house. That happened a few months later when we started checking houses and she did a great great job throughout the whole process from starting to look to finish and close. We told her what we were looking for and where, our financial requirements and our Visa statuses and accordingly she would find the right places to show us. While she respected our opinion she also provided valuable and genuine inputs and feedbacks. Every time we would see a house she would be so practical talking about everything and give us suggestions that made sense. We took long time to finalize this one but when we did, it was during covid when market was going crazy. She was superfast in getting deal set and closed and helped us through whole process. Follow ups, reminders and checking on everything about how is it going or if needed help, she did great. We loved working with her. She is not just a very good realtor but also an amazing person and friend! We recommend her to everyone and thank her for everything she did for helping us get our first house 😊

We are pleased to write this review for Ritu vaidya.She helped us to find the right and perfect home for our family within just 2 months of the time period.We had very specific requirements with a tight budget limit.She was on board with us from the very first day and did an exceptional job of showing fresh houses that are hot in the market. She is on top of our requirement and many time she sent us a listing right after it gets listed and we scheduled for showing on weekdays.She is very professional when it comes to time, planning, and legal documentation and still feels like she is part of the family. She supported us during the inspection, the bank loan process, and until closing. Always available for questions over a call.She is always on the customer side and she was able to get some credit for minor work.
