Rob was an excellent agent to help us buy our first home! From the start, he was always available, even on short notice, to look at houses with us and give great guidance on what we should lookout for and help us be competitive with our offer if we were interested in a property. When we were ready to make an offer, Rob made it seamless for us to include all the details we decided upon into the initial offer. He was persistent with the sellers agent to get timely responses and keep us up to date and the process moving. Once our offer was accepted and the process really sped up, Rob was prompt with providing us all the documentation and guidance needed to get through inspections and make our very short timeline to close on our home! We can’t thank Rob enough for his time and efforts making purchasing our first home a great experience!

Hardworking Rob is your guy. No waiting with this real estate agent, he managed again to find me my dream home number 2🥰 in just 3 days .Several years ago, I didn't have much in bank, I knew it was an impossible feat to be approved of a mortgage loan( coz I saw how house prices went up incredibly fast a year previously...., but ROB BORGO AND DAN UVODICH never gave up on me, even with a great chance hanging on me that I won't be approved of a mortgage.....they persistently stood by me.....until I got my first very cute home with 5 bedrooms at the lowest possible price of 89,000. When I found it at 630 pm ..I told Rob ..and we saw inside of home in 10 minutes. Now that's quick service in a flash 👍👍👍. This year ...this team did it again 👍👍👍 my adorable spacious home sitting on top of a hill 4 bedrooms 2 baths on a 10,668 sqr ft land area. A dream come true indeed🙏thank u LORD YAHAVEH, YEHOSHUA HAMASCHIACH JESUS CHRIST 🙏 such a blessing

Rob was a great choice as a selling agent. Honest and always available to solve problems. I have sold my last rental unit, a duplex. What I have learned as a landlord, a good tenant is a wonderful thing and a bad tenant is like living in Hell! Same with with realtors. Rob made life wonderful.

Rob has been extremely helpful with my journey for a house. I’m a first time home buyer and knew little too nothing about buying a home before I started working with him. He explained the whole home buying process to me before we started looking so I knew what I was getting myself into. He is very on top of things when it comes to going to look at a house, I mean I’ve texted him at night and we’d be at the house the next morning looking at it. He made a search for me with all the criteria I am looking for and as soon as something pops up he notifies me.

As great as he is about his job, he is very easy going and makes looking at a house a fun experience. 11/10 recommend him.

1) Priority - Rob takes his job very seriously, demonstrates a high degree of professionalism when conducting business, has a genuine interest & concern for his client and all parties involved in the task/transaction at hand; consistently keeps his client informed on what needs to be done & when to avoid unnecessary delays
2) Patience - his ability to remain calm & even-keeled when tense situations arise is commendable; his capacity as a neutralizing stabilizer is noteworthy
3) Persistence - Rob maintains a keen focus on the critical path and efficiently addresses disruptions which tend to interfere with bringing things to closure
4) Perseverance - Rob's attention to detail and follow-through on outstanding tasks to ensure all parties stay on course is an admirable quality; quite essential to be successful in the real estate business

In summary, I would consider Rob a valuable asset for Coldwell Banker; he is a "keeper" and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a multi-talented real estate agent!

This was our first time buying a house and Rob was excellent. He listened to what we wanted, was patient with us while we were making our decision, and easily answered all of our questions during the closing process.
