First of all, Rob is very kind person, and he made me smile every time we interacted. He returns calls immediately. He listens carefully, and seems to know when to step in, and when to lay back. As a first time buyer, I found his explanation of the complex world of real estate critical to helping me to understand, and be comfortable with, the choice I was making. I've never seen anyone work so hard for me, and at the same time, have such a relaxed spirit behind it all. He likes doing good work, and it shows in everything he does.

As first time home buyers, we always had questions, Rob was very efficient, tech savvy, always available, if I email him about any question I had, I was guaranteed to get a reply from him right away. He attended all the important meetings we had with the builder, frame walk and final inspection, gave suggestions that we wouldn't have known otherwise. He also referred us to the best mortgage company. We got extremely competitive rates, didn't have to pay any closing costs, had the best experience in closing our home, thanks to Rob. I would (and have) recommend Rob to any one without any hesitation.

I found Rob through a friends recommendation because I had contacted 2 other agents before but wasn't getting the attention I needed. I had already found a few houses I wanted to see and possibly offer on one, so I didn't see the value in getting an agent, but I did anyways and I'm so glad! Rob helped resolve some problems with my lending by recommending a better loan officer who got me a better rate and service. He also negotiated a good price with closing cost help, plus recommended a great inspector who also found problems. He then negotiated repairs. We THEN had an appraisal issue done by an appraiser who wasn't familiar with the area. He help fight the appraisal because everyone knew it looked under. He was able to provide the accurate comps needed to contest the appraisal. Thanks!! I highly recommend Rob to anyone who thinks they don't need a Realtor. They actually do come in handy.

I have heard the horror stories about lazy realtors who are non-responsive, disorganized, and who push their agenda despite the wants and needs of their clients. This is NOT the case with Rob Harris. Rob emailed to check in often during our home buying process. He quickly responded to questions late at night, early in the morning, and on Sunday afternoon. He kept abreast of everything from the time we contracted until we closed. We really appreciate all that Rob did for us to help us purchase our new home.

My wife and I were looking for our first home and started working with Rob Harris. From day one Rob was so attentive to our needs, and walked us through the entire process. Rob was available day and night and he responded to emails and texts RIGHT AWAY (even late at night or early in the morning). Rob always made time for us--weeknights, weekends, anytime we were free. He gave us great advice and helped us look through the properties we visited making sure we didn't miss a thing! Rob walked us through every step of the process. He was an ace at negotiating our deal and got us the best possible deal we could get. Rob was everything I could have asked for in a realtor--and more. My fiance and I started the home-buying process several months ago and picked Rob as our realtor after researching a ton and meeting with a few.
