If you are a buyer we will look at 10, 20 or 30 homes until we find the right one for you. If you are a seller we will have multiple open houses and follow up ever buyer lead until we are in contract.

I am the Real Estate Agent that cares about you. I have listed and sold over 300 homes throughout Suffolk and Nassau. I am an excellent negotiator and will keep your transaction moving straight to the closing table. I am experienced in Short Sales, Estate Sales, Reverse Mortgages, Foreclosures and Rentals. I have been a Licensed NY Real Estate Agent/ Associate Broker for over 17 years and enjoy helping people with the personal challenge of buying or selling a home. I am a former Licensed NY Real Estate Appraiser and can confidently assess the value of real estate properties. I have held a NY Commercial Real Estate License. I have renovated and flipped homes for profit. I have worked in Marketing and Sales for over 35 years and have vast business experience.

I graduated from C.W. Post College with a B.S. in Marketing and Business Management.
