Rob was very knowledgeable about the market in our area and set the price where it would attract buyers and sell quickly. He showed us areas in the house that needed to be upgraded or that would improve the curb appeal. He did a great job of marketing the house to attract buyers and we had offers within a couple of days from the date he listed the house. He also did a great job of negotiating with the buyers agent to get us the price we wanted. The entire experience was made easy because of his experience and dedication to getting our house sold quickly. We would definitely use him again if we decide to buy or sell a house in the future. We have purchased 8 homes over the years, 3 in California and 5 in Texas. We have used only one realtor twice - Rob. The home we needed to sell to purchase the townhouse was not on the market but Rob promised that he could have it sold in more that enough time for the closing on the townhouse. He kept his word - from the wonderful pictures that were taken of our home for marketing to the closing on the new townhouse. All transactions went smoothly and we were always kept up-to-date by him. We can not recommend Rob more highly than to say we have been recommending him to friends. And he will be our realtor of choice for any future real estate purchases. (M Newell)

I never thought one would need a realtor to buy from a builder but we are convinced we wouldn't have the house we have had it not been for Rob's knowledge of the new home market. And here's the best part for us, Rob was with us every single step of the way through the process of this house being put together. He was there to help us make decorating decisions, he was there when we did the builder's inspections, every time one of us met with builder, Rob was at our side giving us pointers and picking up on items we missed. Listen, when a builder tells you you've got a good realtor, that says something. He also sold our house we were downsizing from. Rob and his wife Becky helped us make our house look as good as possible for the pictures and internet information. It sold in record time which made moving into our new home smooth and easy.
