Worked with Brian Cox on a USDA deal that had an insurmountable number of challenges. Brian was able to navigate the deal with extreme professionalism, and presented the right questions to both lender and title. He was very Knowledgeable and Kindhearted 🥰. I had three Realtors show, but Robb was the only one on time. He was very insightful and kind...He patiently waited by the door for his turn as I had a late realtor still inside.

I was unsure who to hire as my real estate agent as I live in Missouri and know nothing about the Florida market. Robb was recommended to me by a neighbor. I contacted Robb. He came out at the time he said he would. He explained the process, and gave me excellent information. I listened to everything he suggested and my house went from "For Sale" to "Under Contract" in two weeks. It closed 12 days later. Robb kept me informed at each step. Robb was an exemplary listing agent. Within days of him listing the house, we had an offer at above our asking price.

Our experience with Robb really helped us learn the difference between a good realtor and a bad one. We originally listed our house with a different realtor, who had the listing for four months and only got us a single showing. That realtor did not seem to do anything to market the house, took poor-quality pictures, and did not even list it properly. Four months in, and we were already $20,000 below the floor that the original realtor promised us we would not have to settle for, and he still couldn't get a showing.

When we fired our original realtor and hired Robb, he posted the listing at the same price it had been at for a week without a showing. He listed it on Tuesday, had three showings and an open house by the weekend, and got us an offer above our asking price. All this took place while we were in Arizona (we've never even met in person!).

Our only mistake in this process was not hiring Robb in the first place. Had we done so, we'd probably be $50,000 richer and would have avoided four months of financial stress. Don't make our mistake. If you're selling your house, give Robb the listing because he will put in the effort to get it sold and get you the best price possible.

Robb was patient as we looked at multiple homes over a period of time looking for that "Perfect Home". We chose Robb as our realtor after being referred by a friend in the neighborhood.
Robb made this the best experience from start to finish. He was very prompt in getting photography done and getting the house listed on time.
Robb was very easy to deal with and returned calls and texts promptly providing the answers we needed.
The day the house was listed there were two showings and two offers. One of those offers bought the house.
Robb followed through all the way until closing day with us and was very friendly and professional.

I want to thank my Real Estate Agent, Robb Harrison for doing an absolutely superb and outstanding job in helping me find the right home in The Villages, Florida. Within a matter of minutes after my initial inquiry, Robb responded via email and he contacted me the very next day by phone.

This was the first time purchasing a home with an Agent. Previously dealt with just the owner/seller and the title company. The thought of going through the home buying process alone was very stressful, not to mention doing the entire transaction via phone and internet, but Robb handled every single detail of the process that took about 3 months from start to finish. He sent dozens of links to homes in The Villages on a daily basis and went personally to each and every home that I was interested in and videoed the exterior and interior features and pointed out potential damages such as cracks in the walls and broken sprinkler heads. He described where each of the homes was located within The Villages community and mentioned the streets adjacent to these homes. I called him many, many times, sometimes in a panic about something I was concerned about and he always assisted. Even late in the evening when I emailed him a question, he would respond immediately. I don't think Robb sleeps much.

I have been extremely satisfied with the communication and level of professionalism that Robb Harrison provided.

There are no recommendations that I can make that would have improved my experience. Robb was perfect and went above and beyond what any agent should or could do. He even volunteered to meet inspectors and insurance agents at the home since I was living in another state and could not be there in person.

I would definitely recommend Robb Harrison and Roberts Real Estate to our friends and family that are considering buying or selling a home.

Robb made this experience of purchasing a home long distance very personable, pleasant and wonderful. The home was exactly the way it was described by Robb in the videos he sent. A great many thanks and kudos to Robb! Great job!!!

Robb is a true professional! Because I lived on the other side of the country, he called me back even when I called him late at night. He helped me with taking a video of houses I was interested in, even standing outside in the garden when it was raining.
