The Marina Park Realty team was recommended to us (sellers in Germany) by a friend who researched realtors for us in the area. It turned out to be an excellent choice for our daughter to sell her property at 158 Boundary Blvd., Rotonda West. With the weekly market report e-mail, we were kept abreast of market developments for pricing decisions. At the behest of Marina Park Realty, the Hometown Closing and Title Services LLC processed a trouble-free closing with the overseas clients without our daughter having to travel to Florida for the closing.
