I have known him for a long time and can not only highly recommend him for his outstanding work as a realtor, but also as someone who is trustworthy, honest, patient, and will be your strongest advocate. Bob has been our realtor in two house purchases (our only 2!), and, due to the pandemic, this last one took a full year until we found “the one.” For a full year, Bob worked closely with us to find a house that was the perfect fit. He worked tirelessly to ensure that we were 100% happy throughout each step in the process. Additionally, Bob was also our realtor in selling our house, which we had never done before. I recently completed the sale of my home, with Bob as my agent and I cannot say enough great things about him. He is extremely knowledgeable about the entire process, as well as the area he works in. I sold my house in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and Bob helped guide everything during some hectic times. He always made himself available (and I called him plenty!), and always had my best interests at the forefront of the entire process- not once did I ever feel pressured or uncertain about anything during the sale of my house.

Bob Abbott helped me buy my first home in December of 2017. I began the search early that year with a hope to find a place in a month or two. Not knowing much about the housing market or what all is involved in purchasing a home, Bob walked me through the whole process. He was patient and informative and really helped me to understand the process. My favorite thing about working with Bob is that he was not pushy, rather he was genuinely interested in me making a wise and good decision. Bob helped my wife and I find our home, but there's a twist to the story.

We found a place through the internet and he happened to be the listing agent. The house was a short sale and we had no idea about what was involved with that. He helped explain the process, stressing patience, and helped us to place a bid in for the house with the bank. This process takes some time. Unfortunately, the person who owned the house (again, Bob was her agent) decided against Bob's recommendation to go into foreclosure.

Up until this point, I had been doing the ground work, finding properties to view, calling agents etc. When the owner decided on foreclosure Bob felt so bad about the outcome that he asked if he could help us find a place. And find us a place is what he did, very patiently I will add. It's hard to recover from having the ONE pulled from your grips, but Bob didn't let us down. He worked with us and put up with our indecision and together, we found a new one.

Bob is incredibly professional and a very nice man. He will do everything that he can to make a buyer or seller happy. We cannot recommend him enough and honestly, there are not enough stars to rate him properly.

Coming in not knowing much about home construction and maintenance, I was pleasantly surprised when, while touring homes with Bob, he pointed out things that I would have never thought of about the houses, even if they were likely to leave me less interested. I completely felt that he had my best interest in mind and wanted to ensure I was making the best choices possible during my search for a home.
