Robert Bailey

Robert learned from an early age the power of team building and collaboration. His competitive spirit led him to become one of the youngest members of the Santa Cruz County Association of REALTORS at age nineteen. After graduating from San Jose State University with a degree in business administration and real estate, Robert obtained his broker’s license and launched his full-time career in real estate. He became an award-winning REALTOR specializing in single-family and investment properties.

Robert has shared his extensive knowledge of real estate contracts, related documents, and disclosures through an unparalleled series of classes offered exclusively to the REALTORS at Bailey Properties. Robert is highly regarded in the REALTOR community at the local, state, and national levels.

He is a past President of the Santa Cruz County Association and California Association of REALTORS (CAR), the largest trade association in California, and serves in leadership roles for CAR and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). Robert is sought after as a speaker on brokerage, risk management, and industry issues throughout California and the nation.
