Robert Baily

A Greene County native and current resident of Waynesburg, PA, Rob specializes in all facets of real estate, from first-time home buyers to residential, farms and acreage, and luxury homes. His top skills include pricing properties, negotiation (particularly multiple offer scenarios), creative problem-solving, and everyday real estate issues. His job is never done until “everyone leaves the closing table happy”.

Rob primarily works from his home office, but he is happy to travel to Washington, Fayette, or even Allegheny counties to conduct business on behalf of his clients. Typically, he wears jeans, drives a pickup truck, and often gives farm tours. He is very straightforward with his clients but he does not believe in high pressure and does not consider himself a salesperson but rather an “opener of doors.”

Rob’s sense of humor along with years of experience has his clients returning three and four times as they relocate through life’s journeys. Married with four children, he enjoys coaching flag football, baseball, and basketball with his oldest son or playing hide and seek with the toddlers. An avid deer hunter, he also enjoys playing guitar at random family events, playing Xbox, or using social media to promote his page “Rob the Realtor”.
