• 1993 Began selling new construction homes on site, selling 4 homes in his first 5 weeks.
• 1996 Migrated into the commercial real estate world. One of the original members of
Abbott Realty’s Commercial Division. Abbott Realty was the largest employer in the area
at that time.
• 2001 Joined Keller Williams Realty Emerald Coast.
• Became a Director of KW Commercial when it was founded in 2008.
• 2008 Top closed volume team, while personally carrying 50 listings.
• ALC Keller Williams Realty Emerald Coast Agent Leadership Council multiple terms.
• 2007-2009 Keller Williams Realty Emerald Coast Technology Chairman & Co-Chairman.
• 2007-2010 MLS Committee member.

For instance, if I learn the other party is desperate to buy, or sell, I can tell you what I know, because it is my fiduciary responsibility to protect your best interests. Ethically, Transaction Agency agents cannot, unless given permission to. They still must deal honestly and fairly; They can’t give you the “inside scoop.” Single Agency agents must give notice of their relationship, whereas Transaction Agency agents do not.
