I was on a tight timeline to sell my Dad's house and not living locally made the situation more complicated. Bob made it simple and I couldn't have been more happy with the entire process. He gave sound advice throughout the process and helped manage a few difficult situations along the way. Outstanding communication skills and answered all of my questions. His entire team was amazing to work with and they made the electronic closing a snap. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Bob and his team again!

Working with Bob to buy a new home was a phenomenal experience. He is not a realtor that works to get a sale, he works for you to get you what you want. Bob was attentive, extremely responsive, and professional. The seller for our purchase was a corporate entity that presented more challenges than a typical real estate sale. Bob stayed on top of everything and exceeded all expectations. My family loves our new home and we have Bob to thank for that.

We bought Bob’s previous home 6 years ago. But 4 years later, as much as we loved our home, we were ready for more land. We immediately thought of Bob when thinking about selling because of his knowledge of the area and expertise in rural areas and building. Over the next 2 years he walked us through all our crazy ideas and worked through my anxieties of selling a home I loved. We looked at land, thinking of building, then switched gears to buying already built. His patience with me was very much appreciated. Texts, emails and phone calls were all answered promptly. We finally listed our house this fall and sold it in 11days!! We are now on a beautiful piece of property living in our dream home. We are so thankful for his dedication and hard work.

Bob Boyce is a team player! He coaches you the whole way through your real estate experience and he's in it for the long haul! Bob is not just out for the sale or the purchase, he makes sure it fits your needs, your families needs and makes sure you would get your money back out of your purchase if you decide to sell again in the future. He listens, learns your wants and needs and works with you and your families circumstances. What we loved the most is that Bob was available whenever we had any questions or concerns.
