I became executor of my sister’s California estate in January 2020. She was a real estate broker and through her friends I was referred to Robert Bruce. Our relationship was long distance as I live in Indiana and her rental property is in Roseville, CA. What can I say about the renters?; they did not pay rent for one year and I was close to many nervous breakdowns trying to reason with unreasonable people. Robert took It all in stride and dealt with them in a friendly and professional manner and saved my sanity. Our family will forever be grateful for all his hard work in such a difficult situation. I recently had the pleasure of working with Robert with a mutual client on a duplex. This market they are a hot commodity. Robert was able to negotiate an accepted offer with the client bringing in the bare minimum 3.5% with all closing cost paid. In this market, that's unheard of. When you are looking for an agent who will work to secure you the best home and price point, look no further.
