Robert Cline

ROBERT ELBERT CLINE enjoys the challenges of commercial, industrial, land development, and investment real estate transactions. With over 15 years of experience as a licensee and broker simultaneously in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, he has seen a lot and done a lot. He represented major lenders, pension funds, and developers with "problem REO properties" (special credits) by offering creative solutions to market their previously un-marketable properties. Robert approaches each transaction by team building, linking buyers and sellers, lenders, appraisers, building inspectors, other brokers, contractors, escrow agents, and utility providers to get to a mutually beneficial closing. He enjoys contributing his skills and experience to the team and jointly celebrating success. Robert is excited to bring a greater vision of growth to the Antelope Valley.
