I have purchased 5 homes and sold 4 and I have worked with different types of realtors in each of them. Robert stands out among the group as the best I've worked with. Robert is great at giving advice and responds timely to any concerns that you may have. I would not hesitate to have him be our real estate agent in the future. In Clarksville there are many to choose from but you are taking a risk if you do not chose Robert. Whether you are buying or selling I would recommend Robert.

Throughout a rather stressful home buying experience, mainly lender/processor issues, Robert remained the #1 reason we didn't just give up on the entire process. From the moment we found our house, he has been nothing shy of exceptional. Robert was always available for any and all questions we had - day or night. He provided fantastic customer service, along with clarity, in a very muddled loan process. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I highly recommend Robert for ALL your home buying needs. Should we decide to list our home and move (after the headaches from the lender, this will not happen anytime soon), Robert will be the first call we make! I was looking for an agent for my elderly mom to sell her house because she was moving out of state with me. I called Crye-Leike and interviewed Robert. He was the perfect agent for her. Mr. Cronin was very professional and most importantly patient with her throughout the entire process. The process took less than 45 from beginning to end. My mom was extremely happy after closing. I would refer to Robert as a CLASS A Agent!
