Two offers. That's all it took. Some call it luck. I call it skill.
I was ready for a tiring, long, and worrisome house hunt. Instead, Bob helped me and my family find the perfect house. With only two tries!!!
Also this is our first house so I had no idea what I was doing. At all. I would have been absolutely lost without Bob. He handled literally everything for me with patience and congeniality.
Not only was Bob professional but he is also an absolute joy to be around. Would 100 percent recommend Bob to anyone trying to muddle through the housing market right now.

Bob was fantastic from start to finish. He is very personable and knowledgeable about his work. He goes out his way to make sure you are happy, listens to your wants, needs and concerns and is persistent from start to finish in getting you what you want. He always makes himself Available to you, whether it be a phone call, text, email or in person. After having worked with a few real estate agents, I can honestly say that Bob was the best! I would recommend him to family, friends, colleagues, etc. Buying or selling a home can be a very stressful process, but Bob definitely helped to ease the stress and make sure things were taking care of!
