Bob was a friend before he was our realtor. As such he listened long and patiently as we argued with ourselves and each other over the appropriateness, timing, and location of a move at this stage of our lives. Bob waited until an idea began to take shape, then found a way to give it flesh. "If that's what you're after, try this." "If you did do it that way, this is what it might look like." I never felt him push, but I did feel we were making slow but steady progress in his presence and because of his presence. We thought out loud before him and with him. We purchased a home after moving to PA from CA. Bob is very easy to work with and helped us greatly by being available to view homes according to our time line. He even offered to do a virtual tour of a home while we were still residing in CA. Communication with Bob has been excellent throughout the process. Since the purchase of the home, Bob has continued to be a great help by offering us resources, such as contractors, to make the necessary upgrades needed to make our home perfect.

Bob is an amazing realtor! He helped us both with buying our new home and selling our old home. When we found the house we knew we wanted to buy, Bob gave us very good advice about what to put in our offer to make it competitive. And when it came time to sell our former home, he knew exactly what to do to make it an attractive listing. We had several offers the day it hit the market! Bob kept us in the loop the entire time and was a consummate professional throughout the 3 months we worked together.

Everyone says moving is one of the most stressful experiences a person can go through. Not with Bob! My husband and I both agree that he made the entire process much easier than we anticipated. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Harrisburg area!
