Prior to the commencement of his real estate career, Bob Latshaw served in the Maryland General Assembly as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing the Towson area from 1970 to 1974. He also during that period served as the Vice President of The Johns Hopkins Hospital real estate management subsidiary, the Broadway Management Corporation.
