Tyler Hare was exceptional to work with on every front and will remain our realtor for all transactions in the future. Over the course of several years, he provided top-notch service to my family and me. He proactively reached out to me annually to give updates on the local market where we held several investment properties and gave his valuation input, which was very accurate. Because of his consistent and proactive service over multiple years, we were able to sell multiple investment properties that broke the all-time record sale prices in each of the respective cities. I appreciate Tyler's approach to the long-term relationship and providing value at every step. He was always interested in what was best for my family and patient with our slow multi-year timing. I'd also note that he had excellent knowledge of real estate investment - he helped me multiple times pull comparable sales, analyze market cap rates, and advise on value-add changes to increase rents, which ultimately significantly impacted our sale values.

Tyler was professional and courteous while helping us find a new home. He showed us several places (some of which we found online and some that he felt would fit our wants/needs). He was able to answer any and all questions we had and was very knowledgeable about the comps in the area and strategies for placing a competitive offer in the current environment.
