Bob helped me buy my first house three years ago and just helped me sell it this year. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Bob - he is incredibly hard working. He responds quickly, he is always professional, and he always does what's best for his clients. Bob kept a very open channel of communication and was always willing to inform me of the current market trends as well as where, in his opinion, my house stood. With that said, he never pushed his opinion on me. When he said, "You are the boss" he really meant it and never pushed back on any of my decisions. Throughout the whole process, whenever I wanted a update or advice, he was very quick to respond and never had to keep on him to get something done. Bob was a pleasure to work with and made the job of selling my house easy!

We had the best experience with Bob when purchasing our first home. At each showing, Bob took the time to point out and explain the different elements of each home and what to look out for. By the time we found THE house, I felt so much more confident that we were making the right decision since he had shared so much background knowledge with us. I've been working with Bob for over 10 years now and have bought and sold multiple homes with him. I would never work with anyone else, and neither will my family! We have used bob on multiple transactions both in selling our homes and buying new ones. The guy is really good! He takes buying and selling homes to a whole new level. He has developed savvy strategies to get our homes viewed and sold quickly. The last home we sold with him had more views on Zillow in the first 48 hours then the home 3 doors down that had been on the market for 6 months. We had an offer after 3 days of being on the market! He is really good at the negotiating process going over all the options with us and helping us get the best price for our homes. Really can't say enough about Bob J he is really really good at what he does.
