Hi, I’m Bob Kersch — a dedicated Real Estate Agent with Worth Clark Realty,
proudly serving The Villages and the greater Central Florida area.
Originally from Long Island, I spent most of my life in the building materials
business, working in and around New York City. After the recession, we sold the
company, and I found myself drawn to something that had always sparked my
interest — real estate. Years ago, I started buying and renovating homes, and that
hands-on experience ignited a lifelong passion. Even before I became a licensed
Realtor, I knew this was the path for me.
Today, I’m proud to help clients confidently navigate the buying or selling process
— whether you're relocating, upsizing, downsizing, or simply exploring your
options. I provide personalized support and access to all the tools you need: MLS
listings, Zillow, Realtor.com, and a host of market resources tailored to help you
make smart, informed decisions. I also work closely with a trusted team of
contractors, inspectors, and mortgage brokers to make every transaction smooth
from start to finish.
I live in Monarch Grove, in the southern part of The Villages — an area I love for
its natural beauty, peaceful surroundings, and extensive biking trails. I know The
Villages inside and out, from Spanish Springs to the exciting new Eastport area,

Outside of real estate, I’ve been married for over 35 years and enjoy spending time
with my wife, our three sons and their wives, our three amazing grandkids, and of
course, my dog Piper — named after the plane I fly out of the airport in
Dunnellon. I’m a big fan of aviation and classic cars (especially the 1964 GTO
with tri-power). You’ll also catch me rooting for my favorite teams — the New
York Mets and the New York Knicks — or hunting for the best pizza around.
