Had the best possible experience with Rob. He had all the table stakes - knowledgeable, great personality to work with, followed up regularly as appropriate. Rob also went well beyond that. Spent a day just showing us the areas to get a sense of what worked for us and nailed our needs perfectly. Never tried to "upsell" us to a house outside our budget. Knew the reputations of all the builders for quality - and the communities. If he didn't know something, said so. Gave us advice and it was always right. If you use anyone other than Rob you're making a mistake!

Rob was exceptional during the entire process of us buying our home. From the initial discovery of the house coming up for sale before “the sign went up” to our closing day. Rob made sure our offer was the best it could be by including language just in case we had to compete with other buyers. What we especially found helpful was Rob’s knowledge of the area and the fact that he knew the house we were making the offer on. In addition, since we were not in the area, we made the offer on the house sight unseen and relied on Rob as our eyes. He was very, very responsive to all our questions and concerns and made the process easy and straight forward. Rob went above and beyond during the whole process and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any friends and colleagues. Thank you Rob for making our dream come true!

Rob went far and beyond expectations in terms of showing us numerous properties, being a great listener as to what we were interested in pursuing, and was ever so patient.

Being northerners, we began viewing properties with Rob during March 2021 and upon another visit to the Sarasota area during this past October 2021, we eventually closed on a property. Rob guided us through each and every step in the real estate process and as a result, we felt unrushed and felt as if we were his only clients. I live in New York and Rob helped me both buy and then sell a property in Florida. All done remotely. Rob went out of his way to get contractors to fix things, and even went so far as to sweep the patio himself so that the unit would show well. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Rob. He demonstrated a lot of patience with us since our plans changed multiple times over the 2 year period. Ultimately, thanks to Rob, we found the perfect home. Rob's network proved to be very helpful in the sale of our home as well. He connected us with a local agent (we were outside of FL) who had our house sold within 48 hours of listing with multiple offers.
