My fiance and I were in the market looking for a home. We were dealing with a realtor that caused us to lose $1100, which truly could have been avoided. My fiance went on the hunt for someone else to assist us. He received a call from Robert. My fiance was very aggressive initially. When I tell you Robert wasted NO time. He sent over some properties to view. He was so on point of what our specs were. He's VERY professional and informative. Robert took a leap on a property, that was on the market for a day. Mind you it was more in price, excellent property. We agreed to bid on it. Owners accepted our bid... There were multiple offers but Robert helped us write an offer that got ours accepted. Now, we have a great property due to the hard work and efforts Robert provided. BONUS: Robert helped us get the property for $12,000 less than it appraised for (instant equity). Excellent guy! I would recommend Robert to all my friends and family in need of their perfect home. Robert contacted me almost instantly after reaching out to him and his punctuality has been steadfast through the entire 7 months we worked together. I have never experienced such quick and well informed responses from any Realtor I have ever worked with. Robert was so knowledgeable and patient with us. My husband and I were new to the area. We weren’t sure of what we were looking for in a home/location. Robert helped us narrow down exactly what home would be best for our needs. Honestly, I was so amazed with his patience with us.
