If you're looking for a real estate agent who goes above and beyond, look no further than Rob Lopez and Travis Berglund! My partner and I recently had the pleasure of working with Rob and Travis to buy our new home, and we were blown away by his professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to finding solutions to any problem that arose.

One of the things that impressed us most about Rob was his vast network of contractors. From home inspectors to electricians to roofers, they had a trusted contact for every need, which made the process of buying a home so much easier. Especially because they also work closely with loan officers making the whole process really smooth. Jimmy Prehn and his team were fantastic in helping us secure a loan.

But Rob and Travis’ expertise didn't stop there. They were proactive throughout the entire home buying process, keeping us informed every step of the way and always coming up with creative solutions to any challenges that arose. Whether it was working with a very challenging seller's agent to negotiate and navigating through some unexpected hiccups during the loan approval.

Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience working with Z team . If you're in the market for a real estate team whose members are knowledgeable, proactive, and with a vast network of resources at their disposal, we highly recommend them.

When I first met Robert he had a plan and hit the ground running. He was always available to answer any question I had about the selling process and made sure I was well informed about everything going on. He and his team advertised so well, we had over 30 interested parties at the first open house. If you are serious about selling your home, go with Robert. This is our testimonial of the experience we have had with Mr. Robert Lopez Realtor of Active Realty. First of all we live out-of-state from California where our property was located. While my wife was in
California at the time, she met with several Realtors and I was on the speaker phone during these discussions. We chose to go with Mr. Lopez because he presented himself very professionally and not an overbearing Realtor, but a very patient and knowledgeable Realtor. When my wife returned from California, we later had a video conference with him, he was very deliberate to ensure we understood what was to take place, and then very methodical ensuring we understood all the intricate steps
required to go through in this Real Estate process. He was always available with a simple phone call or Text message to answer our questions during the whole process. What really amazed me was through
his Real Estate experience he put together a preliminary “Estimate sheet’, which at the end was very close to the “Final Estimate Sheet”. When my wife and I were ready to put an offer on a house, Robert and his team stepped in to assist us from start to finish. Robert is very knowledgeable about the home buying process and he negotiated a huge seller credit for us. Robert will even stay with you after closing on a new home. He has “a guy” for everything and anything you might need when renovating your new home. I would recommend Robert to anyone looking to buy a home in the San Diego area.

My house foundation cracked and was unstable. I stood to lose everything. Zillow would not touch me. They said foundation issues are too risky and my house was on a hill so the likelihood was that in addition I might need retaining walls. Robert Lopez heard about my situation and stepped in. He told me he could get me a buyer to pay comparable to the area comps event hough I had foundation issues. Not only did he find the buyer he was able to get the buyer to pay all apprasal fees & escrow because I just couldn't afford it since I needed to move. He also was able to get the buyer to agree to let me stay in the place until I found a new place. Robert was a blessing through the whole process. I recommend him highly.
