Robert McMillan

Bob McMillan, CRB, CRS, GRI, is the Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker McMillan and Associates in Decatur, Alabama. Bob was first licensed in Colorado in 1979, first as a sales associate and later as a broker associate. In 1982 Bob moved to Decatur to begin a career as the sales manager for Coldwell Banker and has remained there ever since, purchasing the company in 1989. Bob has served in many positions within the Local, State and National Association of REALTORS. He has held every office in the Local Association including President in 1985 and again in 1990 and has been named the Morgan County Association of REALTORS REALTOR of the Year three times. In 1997 Bob was President of the Alabama Association of REALTORS and was the 1999 REALTOR of the Year for the State. In 2002 he served as a Regional Vice President for the National Association of REALTORS and is currently serving on the Board of Directors . He has been a continuing education instructor since 1984 and has been on the faculty of the Alabama Association of REALTORS GRI program since 1989. He is often a featured speaker for real estate conferences sponsored by the University of Alabama and Auburn University.

Bob has also been involved in the community having served on the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, as a Director for the Business Council of Alabama, a Trustee for the University of Alabama's Center for Real Estate and has been active with Habitat for Humanity.
