A perfect home means different things to different people. Most realtors will approach a home-buyer with their list of properties, and try to sell them something they've got listed. As a Buyer Specialist, I first meet with a customer to discover their motivation for buying, establish their criteria for a home, describe the home buying process, and answer any questions they may have.
