Robby is licensed in Virginia and has invested in his field. While working hard as an agent with McNey and Associates, he received Prince William Associate of Realtors Top Producer Awards. Robby then ventured on to become Principal Broker of his own firm, Rowland & Associates Realty. He is a full-service professional specializing in residential buying and selling in Northern Virginia, and his neighborhood, Braemar, in Bristow, VA. Robby also manages and sells REO bank-owned properties for government entities, financial institutions, and specializes in property renovations. He has a keen eye for value and enjoys providing his clients with advice on home repairs and improvements that will give them maximum return.
Born and raised in Manassas, Virginia, Robby has lived in Northern Virginia for over three decades. He graduated from Averett University with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Management and Criminal Justice. After college, Robby worked as a flight instructor for Averett, then for the airlines as a pilot, which led him to live in Detroit, Michigan and Queens, New York. With a passion in real estate, he decided to follow his passion, to start a career in real estate.
Robby takes pride in his work and believes in being proactive instead of reactive. “My aviation background has been extremely helpful in teaching me to always be prepared for the unexpected, to understand and work through complicated issues, and how to thrive in high-pressure situations. Robby and his wife Bethany reside in Braemar in Bristow, Virginia, with their son Asher, and two miniature pinchers, Teddy, and Tammy. Robby has many hobbies that include flying/aviation, home improvement projects, traveling the globe, going to wineries, cooking/eating clean, working out and all things coffee. He also loves giving back to the world, having volunteered for, and contributed to various causes such as Helping Haitian Angels.
