If I could give Mr. Silk 10 Stars I would, because he went above and beyond what other realtors would have done. I loved the way he made suggestions about improving the value of the house and then pitching in to help make them himself or getting someone else to do the job. He does his research so you can get the best price. Thank you! I would recommend him, because he knows what he is doing and he enjoys doing it.

Mr. Silk is a wonderfully hands on realtor; not only does he keep you in the loop every step of the way, but he is always ready to explain the language and reasoning for all things real estate. He recognizes and tries to allay any uncertainties the seller may have, while providing expert knowledge of the real estate market. He has the patience to help sellers negotiate the process from start to finish. Mr. Silk goes above and beyond to help sell your property, even going so far as to power wash the house! He is an outstanding realtor.
