I am a lifelong resident of Dandridge in Jefferson County. I know this area and the lake like the back of my hand. I served on the Jefferson County Commission for 2 terms and served as Chairman of County Commission my last term, so I know all of the ins and outs of the local governmental approval processes.
I have owned PDS Web Development since 1996. We have done websites for NFL players, Financial Institutions, Medical Providers, National Parks, and currently do sites for more than 40% of the county governments in East TN, so I know the area and the people to really help you with your real estate search.
I have been flipping houses since 2006. Currently, I do around 12-15 homes per year. That gives me great insight into the actual value of a property. I am seasoned in pricing negotiation and actually have my Price Strategy Advisor certification, as well. I have to get them at the right price in order for the flip to work. I am super familiar with the local contractors too.
